1. The Department
Our Facilities and Estates Department are responsible for looking after our facilities across all our sites – Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and our Brookvale Inner City Academy. This is an exciting time at the Club, we are celebrating our 150th anniversary, qualified for the 2024/25 Champions League and we are determined to continue growing our success on and off the pitch. The Facilities and Estates Department are vital in this journey, supporting the major redevelopment work across all sites, enabling our day-to-day operations and matchdays to happen and making sure all our facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard.
2. The Role
We have a brand-new opportunity for a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Compliance Administrator to join the team based at Villa Park. You will play a vital role in accurately tracking assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing the operational efficiency of our facilities management. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the facilities team by managing compliance documentation and permits for contractors and visitors, ensuring a safe operational environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating asset registers, conducting data reviews, and administering the CAFM system whilst troubleshooting issues. You will build key strong relationships with users and stakeholders. You will be the point of contact for CAFM and compliance queries and generating reports on equipment status and compliance metrics.
You will also analyse data for strategic planning, implement best practices, and ensure all documentation is organised for audits.

3. The Person
You will need to have proven experience and proficiency in CAFM system administration or a related facilities management role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate complex information in a meaningful way will be essential for this role. You will need strong organisational skills, the ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
You will have knowledge of compliance regulations related to facilities management and safety standards.
This role will require you to work flexible hours as the Club requires, this will include matchday working, evenings and weekends, and other stadium events. You will also need access to a vehicle or have the ability to travel between our Club sites, including Villa Park, London Office, and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
