1. The Department
Our Boys Academy Department has been awarded the prestigious category one status accolade, demonstrating that we provide the highest level of quality coaching, education, training, and facilities for our youth football provision.
To support our ambitious plans for nurturing, encouraging and developing talent at this level, we have an exciting opportunity for a Driver to join our Academy Transport Team.
2. The Role
Our Academy Transport Team play an integral part in the wider Boys Academy Department by providing transport for the Academy players and scholars to and from all Club sites in line with the Club’s Safeguarding Guidelines.
This role will be a vital part in creating a positive experience for our players and scholars. This will include picking families and players from home, host families, schools and any other pick-up points as specified by the Club.
You may also have the opportunity to support with wider Academy operations for example, collecting tickets as and when required.

3. The Person
We are looking for a professional and organised Driver who will represent the Club in a trusted role.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, D1 Licence, and be available to work flexibly including evenings and weekends required in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of stakeholders.
You must have the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure and always demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
