1. The Department
The Academy Performance Analysis Department are responsible for the analysis provision for Players ranging from U9 – U21. The Department works collaboratively with Coaching staff to provide and deliver high quality analysis content through a variety of different methods to support the Academy Technical and Tactical programme.
The Academy Performance Analysis Department looks to maximise the skillsets of each individual staff member to enhance the content produced within each area of our delivery cycle and has an excellent track record of providing a platform for the development of Performance Analysts.
2. The Role
In this role, you will become an involved and vital member of the Academy Analysis Department. The successful postholder will gain hands-on experience in a broad range of analysis processes. You will lead the analysis processes for the U15/16 age group (pre, live, post, statistical, databases). You will be responsible for providing staff and players with video, data and material that supports the development of individual players and support the implementation of the playing style.

3. The Person
We are looking for a forward-thinking and proactive individual with a demonstrable knowledge of football and player development.
You must have a BSc in Performance Analysis, Sports Coaching, Sports Science or related qualification and UEFA C licence or a level 2 Coaching qualification and/or experience of playing football. You will need to be personable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
You must have experience of working in Performance Analysis within a football environment, preferably, an elite youth football development environment.
You will need to be available to work flexibly including evenings and weekends as and when required.
