1. The Department
The Retail Team are responsible for carrying out the front-line selling, driving sales revenue for the organisation and maintaining retail standards through the back of-house operations. We are now looking to expand our team, and the post holder will work in a dynamic environment and play a vital part in creating the first impression of the Retail Department . You will work collaboratively across various stakeholders, ensuring effective service delivery and contributing to the overall success and commercial growth of the club.
2. The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Retail & Licensing Administrator to join our team based at Villa Park/Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. The role will provide all related retail administration for the team and deal with retail customer queries and enquiries as they arise. You will be responsible for stock control, raising external wholesale orders into the system and control internal orders when new kit is requested.
You will be responsible for preparing various reports on a weekly, monthly or match by match basis and issue to internal departments within set time frames. You will also work closely with the finance team, raising invoices and dealing with PO queries inbound and outbound.

3. The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment with a proven record of administration skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft particularly retail systems, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally you will also have experience of producing reports focused on stock management and analysing retail sales data.
This is a busy role that requires strong organisational skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions quickly. You must have strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately, delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills which are clear, concise, and accurate to internal/external stake holders with the ability to liaise and build successful relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
