1. The Department
The Club are continuing our rapid growth trajectory both on and off the pitch, further expanding our commercial footprint with the expansion of our Retail Department who are responsible for carrying out the front-line selling, driving sales revenue and maintaining high retail standards through both customer-facing and back of-house operations.
2. The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Retail and Licensing Administrator to join our team based at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. You will play a vital role in the team, ensuring smooth back-office operations for the wider team. The role will provide all related retail administration for the team and deal with retail customer queries and enquiries as they arise. You will be responsible for stock control, raising external wholesale orders into the system and control internal orders when new kit is requested.
You will prepare stock management and sales data reports on a regular basis and issue to internal departments within set time frames. You will also work closely with the finance team, raising invoices and dealing with PO queries inbound and outbound.

3. The Person
You will need to have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment with a proven record of administration skills with close attention to detail. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally you will also have experience of producing reports focused on stock management and analysing retail sales data.
This is a busy role that requires strong organisational skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions quickly. You must have strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately, delivering exceptional service. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills which are clear, concise, and accurate with the ability to liaise and build successful relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
