1. The Department

The Ticketing department are the team responsible for the sale and delivery for all season ticket and matchday tickets across both Premier League, Women’s Super League, (WSL) and U23 fixtures. In addition, bookings for away travel, soccer schools and stadium tours are fulfilled by the department, and we provide a central contact point for fan enquiries.

2. The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations and Ticketing Manager work within our Ticketing Team based at Villa Park.  The role will be responsible for the Women’s teams ticketing operation, revenue generation and driving the growth of an engaged fan base.

You will be responsible for the sale of season tickets, coordinating on sale dates and prices to ensuring there is a means to track pre-determined targets.  You will also be responsible for coordinating communication with existing season ticket holders along with initiatives for new business.  You will also ensure there is a smooth operation for when fans require relocation across two venues.

3. The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of hitting targets and able to analysis sales data and produce reports, working within a fast-paced sales environment.

You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships both externally and internally. You will also have the passion for customer service, will the ability to handling difficult customer-facing situations in a professional manner.  You will champion the Ticketing team externally and act as an ambassador for Aston Villa Football Club.
