1. The Department  

The Ticketing department are the team responsible for the sale and delivery for all season ticket and matchday tickets across both Premier League, WSL and U21 fixtures. In addition, bookings for away travel, soccer schools and stadium tours are fulfilled by the department, and we provide a central contact point for fan enquiries.

2. The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Ticketing Supervisor to join the Clubs Ticketing team, based at our Villa Park stadium. The role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the ticket office, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are experienced by our supporter base and identifying ways to streamline procedures. You will be responsible for conducting sales audits, monitoring the evidence used to support the sale of concession priced tickets and administering the supporter season ticket payment scheme to ensure applications are completed and sales reflected correctly in the ticketing system. You will also be required to ensure that we deliver an efficient matchday operation which will extend to Under 21 matches played at Bodymoor Heath.

3. The Person

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to supervise in a busy fast-paced call centre environment, with proven sales experience of hitting targets.   You will also have experience handling difficult customer-facing situations in a professional manner.  You will champion the Ticketing team externally and act as ambassador for Aston Villa Football Club, acting as a point of escalation for the department’s urgent action desk.

This role will require you to work flexibly including matchdays, evenings and weekends.
