1. The Department  

The Ticketing Department are the team responsible for the sale and delivery for all season ticket and matchday tickets across both Premier League, Women Super League (WSL) and U21 fixtures. Bookings for away travel, soccer schools and stadium tours are also fulfilled by the Department, and we provide a central contact point for fan enquiries.

2. The Role

We have a brand new opportunity for an Assistant Ticketing Sales Manager to join the Clubs Ticketing Department, based at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.  You will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation for all ticketing products and events. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Ticketing Sales Manager in ensuring that budgets are met by supporting and guiding our Ticket Sales Advisors to actively promote the Clubs products and services.

You will be responsible for maintaining daily revenue tracking to ensure budget targets are achieved while delivering clear communication to the Ticket Sales Advisors to ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures, including training for new employees. You will collaborate with various club departments to meet their ticketing needs and highlight potential shortfalls in revenue targets, enabling timely marketing and communication support.

3. The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a busy, fast-paced ticketing sales environment, demonstrate the ability to handle difficult requests and enquires professionally. You will possess strong problem-solving skills, be process-driven with excellent analytical and numeracy capabilities. You will need relevant supervisory experience in a related industry with the ability to inspire, manage and communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and ticketing software systems.
