2. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference and Events Sales Manager to join the team based at Villa Park. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of all major conferences and non-matchday events at the stadium.
You will take ownership of the entire sales process, from attracting and converting new business to coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences. This is a pivotal position within the Hospitality team, helping to shape the future of Villa Park as a leading venue for conferences, corporate functions, weddings, and private events.

3. The Person
The ideal candidate commercially minded, target-driven individual with significant experience in event sales and planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, along with a strong understanding of the end-to-end event delivery process.
You will be proactive, motivated, and confident in identifying new business opportunities, while also delivering high levels of service to existing clients. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility is key, you will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required. This role will also require travel between Club sites, including our London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground
