2. The Role
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion and expertise for performance rehabilitation and return to play protocols for our First Team Players. You will be responsible for planning and actioning your own rehabilitation pitch sessions with players providing world class prescription, progression and adaption for rehabilitation players.

You will play a vital role in our multi-disciplinary working collaboratively with the Performance Director, Head of Medical Services and Head Physiotherapist.

3. The Person
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold the following qualifications:
* BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (minimum 2:1)
* MSc in Sports Physiotherapy or a Sports and Exercise Science (or international equivalent)
* Membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* A valid FA Level 5 Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF)
You will need to have previous experience in providing high-quality physiotherapy provision in a full-time capacity in an elite environment, ideally in a Premier League Football First Team environment. You will need to be experienced in planning and delivering advanced progressive rehabilitation programmes for elite athletes. You will need to be organised with a proactive, calm and positive attitude and be comfortable in working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will play a key role in our MDT so you must be able to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
You will need to be available to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and matchdays depending on our team schedule.
