2. The Role

Working as a Physiotherapist, your primary focus will be assessment, providing evidence-based treatment and the rehabilitation of injured players. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of injuries and medical interventions as per the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) standards.

You will play a key role in the multi-disciplinary team working alongside Medical and Sport Science staff and assisting in pre-season duties.

3. The Person

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold the following qualifications:

*         BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy

*         Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) membership

*         Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) membership

*         Valid Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF)

We are seeking a proactive and efficient professional with a calm and positive attitude. You will need to have clear, concise and accurate verbal and written communication skills and be able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrable and relevant experience of working within a First Team environment (preferably football) with experience of planning and delivering treatment and the rehabilitation of sports injuries is desirable.

This role will require flexibility and travel, which will include evenings, weekends and matchdays.
