1. The Department
The Hospitality team are responsible for the sales and delivery for all Matchday hospitality and premium matchday experiences along with adhoc club events such as End of Season Awards Dinner and Play on the Pitch experiences.
2. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Premium Experience Account Executive to join our team based at Villa Park. You will be responsible for managing a the new matchday Premium Experiences.
You will be responsible for managing a base of hospitality accounts, selling premium hospitality packages to those clients whilst also looking for upsell and new business opportunities. Offering a professional service throughout, focused on achieving sales targets, repeat business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will play an integral role in developing client relationships, providing a top-class professional service and supporting the wider hospitality team. This is a busy role that requires organisation and the ability to be reactive when required.

3. The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will have the ability to confidently sell premium experiences to existing client base, packages include seasonal packages, match by match packages and hospitality events.
Ideally you will have experience in managing business clients, preferably from an account management background. You will be a strong confident negotiator and have the ability to delivery of excellent customer service. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills which are clear, concise, and accurate to internal/external stake holders, general public.
