1. The Department
As a receptionist, you are at the heart of our operation, and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion and will contribute to the Club.
2. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist (Part Time), based at Villa Park. The ideal candidate with have experience within a busy reception area and who can maintain a professional friendly front of house service.

3. The Person
You will act as an ambassador for the Club who will greet all visitors to Villa Park at the main North Stand Reception and other Reception duties across the Clubs Estate and deal with incoming telephone enquiries.
Ideally you will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to ensure that visits to the stadium are a memorable one.
