The Department

The Hospitality team are responsible for the sales and delivery for all Matchday hospitality along with adhoc club events such as End of Season Awards Dinner and Play on the Pitch experiences.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Sales Assistant to join our team based at Villa Park.  The role will be responsible for managing a base of hospitality accounts, selling hospitality packages to those clients whilst also looking for upsell. To generate and qualify new business opportunities with the aim to increase hospitality sales.  Offering a professional service throughout, focused on achieving sales targets, repeat business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.  You will have experience in managing business clients and play an integral role in developing client relationships, providing a top-class professional service and supporting the wider hospitality team. This is a busy role that requires strong organisational skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions quickly
