1. The Department
The Ticketing Department are the team responsible for the sale and delivery for all season ticket and matchday tickets across both Premier League, Women Super League (WSL) and U21 fixtures. The Department are also responsible for fulfilling bookings for away travel, soccer schools and stadium tours, and we provide a central contact point for fan enquiries.
2. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Ticket Sales Advisor to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Ticket Office both in person and over the phone, advising and processing our fans and ensuring the transactions are completely accurately and in a timely way. You will handle all types of phone calls including inbound and outbound calls to advise and process orders, resolve any queries or issues and upsell Club products and services.

3. The Person
You will need to have proven sales and call handling experience in a similar role. You will have outstanding communication and customer service skills, particularly on the telephone with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
You will be a highly motivated team player who can demonstrate a genuine passion and belief in creating and providing a best in class customer experience for our fans.
You will need to have access to a vehicle or have the ability to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and be able to work flexibly including working matchdays.
