1. The Department
The Hospitality team are responsible for the sales and delivery for all matchday hospitality and premium matchday experiences along with adhoc Club events such as End of Season Awards Dinners and Play on the Pitch Experiences. This is an exciting time to join the team as we have expanded our range with over 15 areas and around 5,000 hospitality covers offering world-class, premium experiences. 2. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a General Admission+ Sales Executive to join our team based at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. You will be the key contact for General Admission+ (GA+) products whilst managing the new seasonal and match by match GA+ experience accounts. You will be an ambassador for the club and conduct site show arounds, matchday meetings and interact with clients on Matchday and other club events. You will also support with sales related administration and matchday preparation where required.
You will also work on matchdays, hosting prospective customers and showcasing our offerings whilst supporting the wider Hospitality Department as and when required.

3. The Person
You will need to have sales experience in a target-driven environment with a proven track record and desire to exceed targets. You will also need to be an organised and pro–active individual with experience of delivering exceptional levels of front–facing customer service and communication, negotiating effectively and building a rapport with clients
You will be a dynamic, results-driven individual who can demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You will need to be available to work flexibly including both Men’s and Women’s First team matches, evenings and weekends. You will also need to have access to a vehicle and / or the ability to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
